Brooklyn Lot Recordings

This book by Japanese photographer Yasuyuki Takagi documents an empty space in Brooklyn, New York. At first glance it appears to be an empty, unused space, but in fact artists, homeless people and animals come and go as they please. There is freedom there. However, one day the space disappears and a new building stands. This book documents the beauty that appears and disappears for such a brief moment.
