Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We strive to ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday – Saturday) of payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the package has shipped and we cannot always guarantee delivery dates.

Domestic deliveries are made via UPS. Express delivery services are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for available options.

International deliveries are made via FedEx or DHL. Customer is responsible for international import and duty fees. 

Oversized packages and/or items requiring additional insurance may incur additional shipping fees.

 

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with or controlled by picturehouse + thesmalldarkroom, inc. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when picturehouse + thesmalldarkroom, inc delivers these items to the carrier.

 

RETURNS

All Film Sales are final.

Book sale returns and exchanges are accepted at our discretion within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased to the following address:

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do not accept returns on any damaged or discounted items. If an item is damaged in transit, please email info@phnyc.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please include any documentation of the item and the packaging. We cannot guarantee replacement of damaged books.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

Customers can select the option of picking up their purchase in the studio during our business hours. Please wait until you have received a confirmation email that your package is ready.
